The Old Train House B&B is an approved 4-star bed and breakfast in a converted 19th century railway building, near Fermoy in North Cork in the Blackwater Valley. Built in the 1860s, the house was converted in the 1990s into what is now a quiet and relaxing haven to base yourself while exploring the region.
With the Blarney Stone, the Rock of Cashel, Jameson Distillery, and Fota Wildlife Park all within an hour's drive, The Old Train House B&B is the ideal base to spend a few days in the south of Ireland. Classic car and railway enthusiasts will find our home of special interest. Ballyhooly is located on the N72, 8km/5miles west of Fermoy. Cork Airport is 45 minutes away.
